Updating maps on the Garmin

Downloaded all the free maps for NZ now I just need to remember how I loaded them last time. Should have written down the instructions however that would mean using my brain.... and I have indeed turned it off.

Just relised it has been almost a year since I last updated these maps. Lets hope they have lots of nice new surprises and locations to visit.
